While registering and coordinating volunteers with a focus on Japanese language learning support, we are working to develop volunteers through volunteer training and other means. We also aim to promote multicultural coexistence by citizens in collaboration with volunteer groups.<Volunteer coordination>

As the secretariat, we support the "Chiba City International Fureai Festival" held by the "Chiba City International Fureai Festival Management Council", which is composed of international exchange and cooperation organizations that are active in the city.<Japanese Classroom Network>
