Japanese language learning material for A1 and A2 levels: "Japanese to Express Myself"

"Watashi wo Tsutaeru Nihongo" (commonly known as "Wataniho") is a Japanese language learning material for people living in Chiba City.

"Japanese for Expressing Myself 1" was created in 2019 by the Chiba City International Exchange Association as part of a Japanese language education project commissioned by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, based on the master text approach advocated by Koichi Nishiguchi.
Subsequently, in 2021, I created "Japanese for Expressing Myself 2".

This learning material aims to enable students to communicate their feelings, experiences, and thoughts to others on everyday themes from Units 1 through 20.

The teaching materials also include videos with audio and animation that feature stories about the characters in each unit.

Learning with these materials not only helps students acquire basic vocabulary and expressions, but also develops the ability to express themselves while getting to know others and exchanging information.

The materials also feature names of familiar facilities, vehicles, and sports teams in Chiba City. Use this material to learn Japanese while gaining local information that will be useful in your daily life.

We hope this teaching material will serve as a catalyst for mutual understanding and the development of abilities among the diverse people in the community.
