Before starting online activities

Online activities for one-on-one Japanese activities use web conferencing systems such as zoom and Google Meet.
If you can't operate your computer well, you can't do activities.
If you are new to online activities or are not good at using computers, please conduct your first online activities face-to-face.

Once the pairing partner is decided

Once you have decided who you will be paired with and have paid the activity fee, you will receive an email from the exchange coordinator.
If you are not good at computers and would like to conduct the first activity face-to-face, please consult with the exchange coordinator.

*There are times when face-to-face activities are not possible due to the circumstances of the exchange coordinator.

When conducting face-to-face activities for the first time

For online activities, please check the following items.

  • Please check if you can have a conversation on zoom, line, etc. on your computer or smartphone.
  • Please tell the exchange coordinator what kind of Japanese language you would like to acquire in one-on-one Japanese activities, and discuss what kind of activities you would like to do.

*If you have any problems, please come to the counter.Our staff will assist you.

If there are no particular problems with the above items, you can freely participate in one-on-one Japanese activities.
