Apply for a combination of Japanese language activities.
The combination is done every month.

XNUMX Prepare to start the activity

Set to receive emails from "@ select-type.com"

One-on-one Japanese activities are managed using a management system.
If necessary, make settings so that you will receive the email "@ select-type.com" from the management system.
* We make every effort to receive e-mails, but depending on your personal settings, you may be classified as junk e-mails or you may not be able to receive them.

You will be notified of the results of the combination with Japanese learners.

You will receive an email from the association staff about the combination result.
・ If the combination is established, proceed to the procedure of "Register password in management system".
・ If you cannot combine and wish to combine again, please perform [Combination application] again.

Register the password in the management system

When the combination is established, the staff of the association will register each of the exchange members and the Japanese learners in the management system and contact them.
When contacted by the association, the exchange staff should set the "password" in the management system.

Contact Japanese learners and start activities

When the paperwork of the Japanese learner of the combination partner is completed, you will receive an email from the association staff regarding the activity.
When you receive an email from the association, please contact the other party, decide the date and time to start the first activity, and start the activity.

Some learners are unfamiliar with Japanese, so when contacting learners, please contact them in easy Japanese.

Make a reservation for the activity space (only for those who are doing face-to-face activities)

You can reserve an activity space when conducting face-to-face activities.

Reservations can be made from the International Association window and online.

Report activities (only for those who have conducted online activities)

If you carry out one-on-one Japanese language activities (online), you will be asked to report at the end of the month how many times you have performed the activities in that month.
* If the activity for the month is only face-to-face activity, the total can be collected on the system, so no report is required.
* If you have conducted both face-to-face activities and online activities, please report only the day when the online activities were conducted.

When the activity period (XNUMX months) is over

The activity with the other party now ends in XNUMX months.
If you would like to continue your Japanese activities, please apply for the combination again.
In addition, we will make a new combination and perform one-on-one Japanese activities.
If you wish to end the activity, the activity will end automatically if you do not perform [Combination application].
If you want to resume the activity, please do [Combination application] each time.
