Foreign Resident Support Center (FRESC)
The Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC) is a government window that supports the residence of foreigners who live and play an active role in Japan, and is located in front of JR Yotsuya Station in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.・ MO ・ RE YOTSUYA) ”buildings are gathered to provide consultations from foreigners, support companies that want to hire foreigners, and support local public organizations working to support foreigners.
At the Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC), we will improve the environment for accepting foreigners by implementing various support measures regarding the residence of foreigners in cooperation with related organizations.
