Foreign Resident Support Center (FRESC)

The Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC) is a government window that supports the residence of foreigners who live and play an active role in Japan, and is located in front of JR Yotsuya Station in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.・ MO ・ RE YOTSUYA) ”buildings are gathered to provide consultations from foreigners, support companies that want to hire foreigners, and support local public organizations working to support foreigners.
