"Telephone Consultation Service for Foreign Workers" is a consultation business conducted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

For consultations using the "Consultation Dial for Foreign Workers", a charge of 180 yen (tax included) is charged every 8.5 seconds from a landline phone and 180 yen (tax included) every 10 seconds from a mobile phone.

Please note that the opening day and opening time may change temporarily.

Working conditions Hot line

In addition, the "Working condition consultation hot line" is available for consultations after the prefectural labor bureau and labor standards inspection office are closed or on weekends and holidays, and free of charge for working conditions, etc. from anywhere in the country. You can consult by phone in a foreign language.
